This festival focuses on everything a modern mind seeks. The festival showcases healthy, happy and wisdom enhancing Vegetarian, Vegan, and Raw Food, Ayurveda, Naturopathy, Yoga, Organic and Permaculture farming, ethical non-violent animal husbandry for a sustainable planet. HHWV will bring together people working toward a sustainable lifestyle, featuring plant-based nutrition, dynamic speakers, Ayurvedic cooking demos, free samples, great veg/vegan/raw products, many interactive booths, children-friendly Veg entertainers, and more that the whole family can enjoy.
This festival is kid friendly and family friendly with animal petting – cows, turkeys, etc., and will have Interactive booths, and booths for building your own spice blends, tea blends, cookie decoration, healing blends, ready to eat and quick dry snacks made by Vegetarian cooks. In addition, you can meet a variety of representatives from Health food stores, Ayurvedic doctors, Sports doctors and massage therapists. Guest speakers on permaculture, horticulture, mound growing, farms and nurseries. A special feature is a Vegetarian clown.
There will be free on-stage entertainment, competitions, free food samples, and prizes for participants, Northwest Share is a non-profit, volunteer-run organization founded in 1998. We promote the adoption of a plant-based diet and lifestyle for healthy, ethical and sustainable living. Based in Seattle’s Eastside, we offer a community for people to meet, learn, exchange ideas and information, and interact with others interested in plant-based living for a better world. Together we can make this lifestyle for better health, better well-being of animals, better for the environment and better for humanity progressively grow.

This is the first Vegetarian, Vegan, and Raw food festival in the Eastside area. We are fortunate to be able to hold this festival in the new Redmond downtown park, a beautiful venue. The event is visible to thousands of residents and traffic passing through Redmond every day. It is in the same neighborhood as the Redmond downtown center.
